5:30-6:00 - Check-in: Set up your space, get comfortable!

6:00-7:00 - Tools and Tips for Finding Calm in Emotionally Charged Moments: This hour-long experiential workshop will leave you with a sense of inner calm that may be new to you. By incorporating tools and tips from neurolinguistics programming and neuroscience with experiential sound frequencies through the crystal singing bowls, both of which are intended to clear dissonance created by uncertainty and fear, you will be one giant step closer to living a more peaceful existence even in turbulent times. This session will be led by Christina Beauchemin and Gianna Robustiano from Get REAL.

7:00-8:00 - Networking & Connections: After the workshop, take some time to connect with like-minded women. This relaxed networking session offers a chance to share your experiences, build relationships, and leave feeling both calm and inspired. Whether you're looking for meaningful connections or simply some post-event relaxation, this is the perfect opportunity to mingle and enjoy the company of others in a supportive environment. Led by Michelle Charpentier from Charp Consulting.

Staying calm doesn’t have to be impossible, even when life feels out of control! 

Special Notes: 

  • Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, a limited number of mats will be available for rental at checkout for a small fee.
  • Street parking is FREE after 5pm! There is also a free garage one block away from the event space at 1713 5th Ave as well as a few other garages in the area that are also free to park at.
  • Wear something comfy that you can sit and lie down in during the session. Restrooms are available if you need to change when you arrive!

Gianna Robustiano works as Program Manager at the Office of Children and Family Services where she oversees child abuse prevention programs across New York State. During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, she volunteered with the NYS Emotional Support and Domestic Violence Helplines, finding it profoundly rewarding to provide active listening and resources to those facing trauma, depression, and severe anxiety. As a survivor of abuse herself, Gianna has channeled her experiences into a determined journey of healing and service. She is passionate about empowering others throughout their journey to creating their best life. In addition to her work, Gianna is a singer/songwriter and teaches voice lessons, sharing her love for music and helping others find their voice and express their emotions. She is also the co-host of “Get Real” podcast along with Christina Beauchemin, where they explore authentic living and personal growth, inspiring listeners on their self-loving journey.

Michelle Charpentier brings over 15 years of diverse experience from startups to luxury brands, founding Charp Consulting with a mission to empower all brands to reach their full potential. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, she also holds an Image Consulting certification from the Fashion Institute of Technology, which has been instrumental in working with individuals on personal branding. Michelle's career spans impactful roles at companies like David Yurman, where she developed award-winning customer experience strategies. As Chief Visionary Officer of Charp Consulting, Michelle leads in coaching, strategy, and creative direction, alongside serving as a leadership coach at Braven. She is also a board member of the Columbia College Chicago National Alumni Board, where she contributes to mentorship and dynamic programming. Michelle's current focus is on supporting non-profits, women-owned businesses, and fellow mompreneurs through innovative consulting services and community-building initiatives like Charp Connections.
